Once the product has been returned, I will issue a refund. In this unlikely event you may return new and unused products within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best). Please let me know why you are returning the item. I would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray. Please note that I am unable to accept any returns of opened essential oils, aura sprays, used water bottles or used earrings due to hygiene reasons. Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original postge. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, or reasonable wear and tear.
