Crystal Chakra Cleanse, Balance and Alignment

This crystal therapy treatment is extremely relaxing and calming, and can help remove blockages within our body caused by stress, anxiety, over emotional energy, tiredness and illness. Our energy centres hold on to negativity and things that do not resonate with us, which throws our mind and body into confusion. Eliminating these blockages helps you to cope with situations that would normally send you in a whirl.
A set of colour co-ordinated chakra crystals are chosen for you, using my intuition. They are then placed onto your energy centres, and whilst you relax into a meditation state, a pendulum is used to dowse your body for blockages. A clear quartz point helps the crystals to release the unwanted energy, and this is swept away through the aura with the help of a cleansing selenite wand.
Once removed a clear, positive white light energy is brought into the body through the crown chakra, and by using a guided visualisation technique it leaves you re-energised, aligned and balanced.

When you have free flowing energy in and around your body, you will feel strong, emotionally and spiritually balanced. When this energy becomes manipulated and weak, we become susceptible to illnesses and fatigue, leading to symptoms of emotional and physical imbalance.
Reiki in a non-intrusive therapy, where I work intuitively. I place my hands over or slightly on the body, where I feel it is needed, giving reiki energy to release and unblock. This energy can bring spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing.
Reiki is a deeply peaceful and calm form of holistic healing. It encourages your mind, body and soul to let go off stress, anxiety and negative thoughts.
